Steven Reed

Steven was born and raised in Ohio. Thirteen years ago after a bad break-up and exploration into a leather bar for the first time while living in Phoenix, AZ a hot guy in leather approached Steven and began suiting him up with some of the leather accessories in his store. At that moment Steven realized that he knew he loved leather. He loved the way the leather smelled. And the way it looked. He especially enjoyed the powerful feelings that came along with the leather.

In the years to follow he began to explore the BDSM part of the leather lifestyle by watching videos that peaked his curiosity which thus lead him to seek out real life situations. With his first encounter he experienced feelings and emotions of pleasure, terror, surprise and submission. He remembers wanting to leave and wanting to stay all in the same moment and all the while knowing this would leave him wanting more.

As a bartender at Charlie's in Phoenix, AZ, Steven began to explore the diversities of the fetish community. Having won Mr. Charlie's "Man of The Month" in June of 2000 and raising money from a fundraiser benefiting AGAPE, a charity which helps support child and family services. Having moved to Orlando in 2004 and working for the Parliament House, he found many opportunities to explore the BDSM lifestyle even further. This ultimately led him to move to Ft. Lauderdale in November of 2009. Having met a boy here his journey led him to his very first dominant/submissive relationship. Although the relationship did not work out, it expanded his journey and ultimately led him to a new group of leather friends.

This group of friends took Steven under their wings and considered him both family and friend. Because of this new family he has been able to help with fundraisers for The Leather Masked Ball, Southeast Leather boy, Gay Pride as well as for Broward House through a joint Tropixxx/Ramrod event. So, in this long process he has realized that his eyes, after all these years, are just beginning to open to explore all the possibilities that lie before him and to graciously embrace the journey that the leather community has to offer him.
